2. ESTIMATOR/ PROJECT MANAGERS (2)
Description
We currently have a vacancy for 2 Estimators/Project Managers to provide expertise on commercial projects with:

(1) Values less than $3 million and projects;
(2) Values in the $3million - $25million range.

Must be proficient with hard bid as well as conceptual projects.

Verify estimates for project scope changes, manage budgets and process contractors? payment applications.

Present the budgeted or bid scope of work to owners in a manner that secures trust, confidence and sells the product.

Ideal candidate will be a graduate engineer with approximately 2 - 5 years experience with a general contractor or construction management company, a proven track record of success, and familiarity with the Washington DC and/ or Atlanta bid/ subcontractor markets. Familiarity with Timberline, Means, Unit Cost and Win Est environment is preferred. Superior negotiating, verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills are a plus.

3. ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Description
Project management, submittals research and preparation, cost estimating, drafting and job cost accounting of potential and active projects; be familiar with all trades terminology and blueprints. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD2004 and cost estimating software; prolog manager, Sure Trak and Primavera is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to multi-task. BA/BS in architecture – 2 years experience.

4. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISORS (4)
Description
Requires prior experience as supervisor/ foreman for demolition /environmental
projects, carpentry and/ or site construction. Must be able to work independently.

May be required to travel to multiple job sites.
