High Stability 100MHz Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO)

Dynamic Engineers has announced a sophisticated high stability 100MHz oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO).  The DOCXO2020AW-100MHz-C-V_Rev2 offers the following features:

- Frequency range: 100 MHz

- Supply Voltage: 3.3V

- Steady Current: 360mA/Max

- Output Waveform: HCMOS

- Frequency Stability over Operating Temperature: ±0.2ppb

- Aging: ±0.1ppm per year

- Phase Noise @ 100KHz: -150dBc/Hz

- Operating Temperature: -40°C to +85°C

- Size: 20.2 x 20.2 x 13.8mm

The DOCXO2020AW-100MHz-C-V_Rev2 is ideal for the following applications:

- GPS Disciplined Mobile Frequency Standards

- Portable Instrumentation

- Mobile Communication Systems

 -Battery Supply Beacons

The DOCXO2020AW-100MHz-C-V_Rev2 is a 100MHz high stability and low phase noise double oven OCXO.  The frequency stability vs. operating temperature can be less than ±0.2ppb from -40°C to +80°C, with phase noise up to -145dBc/Hz @ 1KHz

The DOCXO2020AW-100MHz-C-V_Rev2 can be used in communication base stations, test and measure instruments, as well as GPS clock modules.

The highly stable OCXO can reduce the frequency drift for the communication devices.  The high stability can also improve the precision and accuracy for test instruments.
