High Stability HCMOS OCXO: DOCXO2020AW_HCMOS

Dynamic Engineers has announced a miniature high stability oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO).  The DOCXO2020AW_HCMOS offers the following features:

- Frequency range: 5-100MHz

- Supply Voltage: 3.3V, 5.0V

- Steady Current: 1.0 – 1.2W

- Output Waveform: HCMOS

- Frequency Stability over Operating Temperature: ±0.1 - 2.0ppb

- Aging: ±0.015ppm per year

- Phase Noise @ 100KHz: -173dBc/Hz

- Operating Temperature: -40°C to +85°C

- Size: 20.2 x 20.2 x 13.8mm

The DOCXO2020AW_HCMOS is ideal for the following applications:

- Rubidium Standard Replacement

- GPS Receivers

- Instrumentation

- Stratum 2 Clock Systems

The DOCXO2020AW_HCMOS is a high stability double oven OCXO.  The frequency stability vs. operating temperature can be less than ±0.1ppb from -40°C to +85°C, with daily aging as low as less than ±0.015ppm

The DOCXO2020AW_HCMOS can be used in Rubidium standard replacement, GPS receivers, instrumentation, as well as Stratum 2 clock systems.

The highly stable OCXO can reduce the frequency drift for the Rubidium standard replacement, GPS receivers, and Stratum 2 clock systems.   The high stability can also improve the precision and accuracy for test instruments.
