Dynamic Engineers has introduced a new state-of-the-art low G-sensitivity, vibration and shock resistant high stability ultra low noise Sinewave Temperature Compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO).  The TCXO914BT-100MHz-A offers the following features:

- Supply Voltage: 3.3V

- Steady Current: 28.0mA Max

- Output Waveform: Sinewave

- Frequency Stability over Operating Temperature: ±1.0ppm

- Aging: ±1.0ppm per year

- Phase Noise @ 100 KHz: -172dBc/Hz

- Operating Temperature: -40°C to +85°C

- Size: 14.0 x 9.0 x 6.5mm

The TCXO914BT-100MHz-A is ideal for the following applications:

  • Low Noise Microwave
  • Link and Micro Cell

TCXO914BT-100MHz-A is a 100MHz low phase noise TCXO.  The Sinewave output waveform can provide lower harmonics and minimize spurious effects, which can be beneficial on hand-held communication equipment to improve RX sensitivity, as well as the ability to drive high performance communication chips.
