The VCXO5300AJ series offers outstanding integrated phase jitter (159 femto-seconds at 156.250 MHz), along with a wide range of options such as LVDS or LVPECL complimentary outputs; 2.5V and 3.3V power supply choices; standard and custom frequencies up to 2100 MHz; and ±25, ±50, or ±100 ppm stability options. This highly manufacturable ultra-low jitter VCXO reference provides customers with the long-term reliability they expect in all new device technologies.
The VCXO5300AJ series is ideal for high performance microwave synthesizer circuits, optical communication, and test instruments, which demand the lowest integrated phase jitter for high data rate applications.
