Dynamic Engineers has introduced the Ultra-low Power and High Stability OCXOOCXO3321AW02.  

The OCXO3321AW02 is the ultra-low power, fast warm-up, and high stability OCXO.

  • Very low power consumption (90mW typ. @25°C) with small size.
  • Fast warm-up time. (60s typ. @25°C)
  • Excellent frequency stability. (Less than ±2PPB from -40°C to +85°C)

The OCXO3321AW02 offers the following features:

  • Frequency Range: 8MHz - 150MHz
  • Supply Voltage: 3.3V / 5.0V
  • Steady Power Consumption: 90mW Typ.
  • Output Waveform: HCMOS/Sine
  • Frequency Stability over Operating Temperature: ±2ppb (optional)
  • Aging: ±0.1ppb/day (optional)
  • Operating Temperature: -40°C to +85°C
  • Size: 21.6 x 15.3 x 11.6mm
