VCO1212BQ-1200MHz-2700MHz-A is the wide band low phase noise voltage controlled oscillator. The frequency range can reach 1200MHz to 2700MHz, the phase noise can less than -109dBc/Hz@100KHz and the output power can reach +12dBm Max.
