High Frequency and Low Phase Noise TCXO (TCXO914BE-200MHz-A-V)

Dynamic Engineers has introduced the high frequency and low phase noise TCXO (TCXO914BE-200MHz-A-V).  The frequency can reach 200MHz with HCMOS output in 14.3x8.7mm SMD small size. 

Besides, the phase noise is better than -130dBc/Hz@1KHz and -150dBc/Hz@100KHz. The TCXO914BE-200MHz-A-V offers the following features:

  • Steady Current: 35mA Max.
  • Output Waveform: HCMOS
  • Frequency Stability over Operating Temperature: ±1ppm
  • Phase Noise:  @1kHz < -130dBc/Hz

  • Operating Temperature: -10°C to +85°C
  • Size: 14.3 x 8.7 x 5.5mm
