- 5V supply voltage
- CMOS output waveform
- ±0.2 ppm stability vs. -20°C to +70°C
- -135 dBc/Hz @ 1KHz phase noise
The TCXO7500BM-40MHz-B is ideal for the following applications:
- SATCOM systems
- Cellular base stations
- Radar applications
